Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
HomeTownLive offers pay-per-view, subscription, and free content options.
All transactions are securely processed via third-party providers.
No refunds will be issued once an event has begun streaming unless required by law.
Schools and content owners are responsible for pricing and revenue distribution under agreed terms.
HomeTownLive may display advertisements, pre-rolls, or sponsorship content. Schools and partners can integrate brand logos and promotions within their streams, provided they comply with our Community Guidelines.
HomeTownLive is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
Service interruptions, errors, or technical failures.
Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
Third-party actions or school-generated content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HomeTownLive in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, rights and obligations that should survive (e.g., IP rights, liability limits) will remain in effect.
All trademarks, designs, and software related to HomeTownLive are owned by or licensed to HomeTownLive. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
